The Condor Release Package consists of five separate types of information sheets. Each release consists of a minimum of five individual sheets each of which contain simplified, but vital, information regarding the various aspects of the rebar process. The Condor detailing software produces these documents at the same time as the rebar detailing drawings are completed and can instantly deliver them electronically anywhere in the world. This user-friendly set of documents is designed for easy usage right on the job-site.

The Condor Release Package consists of the following:

1. COVER SHEET

The cover sheet lists all pertinent data required to identify the steel in the release, including all drawing reference numbers and any other information needed for tracking.

2. KEY PLAN SHEET

The key plan is an identifying sheet that locates this particular release in relationship to the overall construction project.

3. PLAN SHEET

The sketch sheets are designed for easy interpretation by the placer and consist of diagrams describing the placement of the bars. The sketch sheet contains all necessary information for precisely locating the concrete member, descriptions of the horizontal and vertical sections and clearly describes proper placement of the steel.

4. REBAR DETAIL SHEET

The Placing list is a list of reinforcing bars with the bars listed in general sequence of placing. The list includes quantities, dimensions, bend shapes and placing instructions for each bar. Bars are grouped according to each concrete element. For example bars will be grouped for each beam, wall or slab panel.

5. PLACING LIST

The Cutting & Bending List is formatted specifically for the rebar fabricator. Bars are listed from the largest size to the smallest size and the longest length to the shortest length. As well bars are listed separately for straight and bent bars and specialty bars are also noted in a separate list. Identification Tags for each release are provided in a PDF format that can be printed and utilized to clearly identify each shipment of rebar.

Bars listed generally in the sequence of placing:
- Bars grouped in easily identifiable components;
- Includes labels (in hexagons) which correspond with labels on sketches;
- Qty, Size, Length, Mark, and Bend Type in conventional presentation;
- All dimensions shown for Placer's information;
- "Remarks" column gives placing instructions;
- "Weight" column gives the weight of each item

6. CUTTING AND BENDING LIST

Bars listed in optimum sequence for the Fabricator:
- Straight bars are separated from bent bars;
- Bars are listed from largest size to smallest size;
- Bars are listed from longest length to shortest;
- All dimensions and weights are shown;
- This sheet can be digitized for download into rebar management software.
Weights are listed for each bar type. They are totalled and shown on both the Placing list and the Cutting and bending lists.
